As you know, a final rule is final and does not provide stakeholders with a comment period for input.
During the first Trump Administration, we and others met with Agency staff while the Agency was drafting the One RD rule, which was promulgated as a final rule.
We would like to replicate the positive experience we had during the drafting of One RD with your current rule preparation.
We would be happy to provide an agenda based on the topics we understand are under discussion.
